A short trip to Qatar in 2012 to work in MAC DDB for a few months.
This is a short version of these few months spent in Doha. The compilation includes the boat trip with a few friends we made in MAC DDB, a trip to the Doha Zoo, desert safari trip with our good friend Marc Ghayad, a visit to the museum of Islamic art, the cornish, The pearl and villagio mall.

I worked recently on a promo for IN Magazine featuring the Lebanese singer Haifa Wehbe.
The video was directed by Jowe Harfouch. The effects were done on After Effects.

Last year I worked on a 30 sec commercial for Frutta Natural, a Nigerian beverage brand.
This was part of three commercials I worked on for the company besides Frutta Milky drink.

The first animation is the Final version which the client agreed upon.

FRUTTA Milky Juice 15 sec TVC
Worked on creating a 15 second TVC for an African brand of juice products. Milky Frutta Juice is the first from three TVCs I've been working on.

Modeling was done in Cinema 4D R12, Texturing in Body Paint 3D, Liquid simulation in Real Flow 4, the animation and rendering in Cinema 4D. Hope you like it.

I’m currently working on a new 15second TVC for an African juice brand called Frutta. Here are a few renders of the fruits after modeling and texturing them.
Modeling was done in Cinema 4D and texturing was done in body paint.

Final TVC coming soon.

Patchi has commission me and my good friend Doreen Toutikian to come up with different mold designs along with different pattern cuts for crystal and murano based bowls to manufacture later on in Italy. The items will be sold in Patchi stores world wide. Here are three designs we came up with which I modeled and rendered in cinema 4D.

Hope the designs will be approved and manufactured soon.

Opening sequence ( WIP ) not final

A few weeks ago while I was out with my friends Pete Wylde and Doreen Toutikian we discussed shooting a short that revolves around a relationship between a guy played by Pete and an egg that we later named Gloria Eggerfield. Shooting started beginning of April and is expected to finish by the end of April, since we’re only shooting in the weekends. Two teasers were developed by me during April that involve an egg in a certain situation getting smashed and a poster for the short.

Hopefully we’ll finish the shoot this weekend and I’ll be able to edit it and upload it for you all to watch. Until then, enjoy the teasers and poster.

real flow with cinema 4D

I’ve worked on realflow a few times before, but I’ve been trying to give it some more time and get around understanding what each tool does. And since scorned will have some liquid based modeling in it, I decided to sit down and give it some more time. The results I got were quite amazing. The new feature of HYBRIDO for large volume liquid particles was one that I loved!

Hopefully, I’ll be able to put some more time in this software and design some pretty cool things with it soon. Until then, here’s a preview of three bowls I made in cinema 4D and used realflow to simulate the liquid and import it into C4D again.

As most of you know, I’ve been working on scorned a short music video for quite a while now. A lot of changes have been made since my last post for scored. Originally the video was supposed to be taking place in a forest. A few renders were uploaded a few months back of example renders I made in cinema 4D for the short. However, due to the concept of the video, I felt like the forest was a bit of a cliché and a bore. So I decided to design a new set that had more meaning with less of a clutter and more of a focus on the main character in the story, which will be played by Tatiana Toutikian.

I don’t wanna spoil the video by giving too much info about the concept. However, here are a few render shots of the new set design.
